 Rosita with niece Alexia The popular Rio Dulce cook/chef/restaurant owner will celebrate at 2 p.m. today (January 4) at her new restaurant located between Mansion Del Rio and Abel's Boatyard. Just look for the building with the green roof between the Host, a large green and white trawler, and the big catamaran Embrugado. A sign has been ordered but not installed at this time. She'll be serving free boquitos from 2 to 4 and her special of the day is chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and salad for Q35.  Lots of room for comfortable dining She and Martin have created an attractive riverside restaurant with a well-stocked bar. Rosita's specialties are a variety of seafood dishes as well as her famous chicken fried steak. Happy Hour specials are Brahva q9, Gallo q10, Victoria q8, Cuba Libres two for q15 and tequilas two for q15. Today she's having a special on large margaritas for q20 (regularly q30).
