The captain and crew of S/V Lorelei (Gary, Patty, Pearl and Bodee) would like to THANK Dennis Gulck, GM of Denny's Beach, his son Clayton, and the staff at Denny's for a wonderful weekend!!!

We spent a few days at the "beach", wandered westward to El Refugio and Rio Oscuro, then back to the "beach." It was my intention to be back in Fronteras in time for my Thursday spot as net controller, but we were waylaid, shang-hai'd, and coerced into staying on another night at the "beach" by Roy & Jane.

A grand time was had by all! Joining us were the captain and 1st mate of Passagemaker.

Don't forget about the Full Moon Party at Denny's scheduled for August 21st. If anyone is interested in exploring the nether-reaches of the lake, or would like to go horseback exploring, let us all know! There is plenty to do and see outside of Fronteras!

Get off the dock! Have some fun! Explore!

BTW - I want to THANK whomever took over my spot this morning on the cruiser's net. It was only my 2nd time slot, and I felt awful about not being available, butt.....Anyway, thank you, I'll take up the slack!
